Mackerel, white grunts and sea bass, in this video we'll be fishing in Florida's Big Bend area out of Suwannee in the Gulf of Mexico. We started off trolling for Spanish Mackerel, after trolling for about an hour we caught 3 mackerel. We fished a little longer with no luck and decided to do some bottom fishing for Sea Bass. We ran towards Cedar Key about 12 miles and started fishing, as soon as...

Catching Blue Crabs, in this video we'll be in east central Florida crabbing with handlines. We had to go to 3 spots before we found crab. After crabbing for a while an alligator showed up, he kept getting closer and closer to the bank where we were. We were still able to get a few more crabs before he grabbed one of our handlines and tried to pull the bait off (a chicken leg). We got the rest ...

We had the honor of meeting UA-cam celebrities - 'The Old Couple Outdoors', Sam & Joyce, at the Haulover Canal ramp today. Swapped crab/fish stories for a while but the surface of the sun temps got the best of us. Good people! Hope to cross paths with them again. They went home with no crabs today.

Those gnats are no joke. There was a local soap company that made No More Naughty Gnats, which had a concoction of essential oils that smelled like sugar cookies that was the most effective repellent around. Unfortunately they are no longer around. Cutter or Off kind of works, the deep woods versions better than the standard. They come out when the temperatures just cracks 60 degrees and go away when it hits 80, so that’s why you weren’t bothered in the summer.

Love you guys. I’m glad you had fun fishing. I always want to watch you trapping or handlining crabs. ❤

We enjoy crabbing but if you own a boat you have to run it or else you'll have problems and we enjoy it for a change. Thanks again for Watching our videos
